Due to its strategic position and sense of peace that gives off, this is the perfect place for any outdoor lover: hikers, bikers, climbers, you name it! Here you can stay for the weekend or for longer periods of time.

We have 7 double bedrooms, and 2 suites all with private bathroom and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is also included in the price of the room.

As well as the rooms, we have a fully equipped camper area with toilet facilities and 7 pitches for small vans.

It is possible to have dinner upon request.

The farmhouse is not suited for children.

HOW WE MAINTAIN FINALE OUTDOOR REGION TRAIL NETWORK

Sustainable outdoor tourism means putting the territory first.

Finale Ligure and the Finale Outdoor Region, renowned for their world-class MTB trails, hold a unique distinction: they are not just another bike park! The expansive territory, home to hundreds of kilometres of MTB trails, is open to all. But how do we protect this precious heritage, the culmination of years of dedicated work by numerous enthusiasts, from the potential damage caused by the frequent passage of riders?

Planning day-to-day maintenance work on the trail network is necessary for this fantastic treasure to continue. This includes tasks such as erosion control, trail surface maintenance, and vegetation management, all of which are crucial for the sustainability and safety of our trails. The only way we can meet the territory's needs and continue to offer some of the most enjoyable MTB trails in the world is by efficiently organizing the trail-building works.
