The living area boasts a generously sized living and dining room with a comfortable double sofa bed and TV. Additionally, it offers direct access to the garden. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a 4-burner stove, a toaster, an electric kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. It also provides direct access to the garden.
The main bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, bidet, and WC, along with direct access to the garden. The second bedroom has two single beds. Additionally, a separate bathroom with a shower, bidet and WC completes the apartment.
From 1 November to 31 March, guests are welcome to make use of the gas heating during the colder months. The property features a large garden furnished with terrace furniture and a barbecue, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation whilst taking in the stunning view of the sea.
