Our accommodation is conveniently situated close to the highway, offering on-site parking and direct access to trails and paths for walking or cycling.

For couples or groups, we have two options available:
- 3 double/twin rooms at our ECO B&B, accommodating up to 6 guests. Enjoy a hearty breakfast featuring organic and locally-sourced products, with vegan or gluten-free options available upon request.
- A cozy small house located just 20 meters from our B&B, featuring a double bed, a sofa bed, and a guest kitchen.

Both options include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, secure bike storage and washing areas, a barbecue space, free parking 30 meters away (not reserved), laundry service, a relaxation area, and a solarium.

We strive to provide personalized services to meet your individual needs.

HOW WE MAINTAIN FINALE OUTDOOR REGION TRAIL NETWORK

Sustainable outdoor tourism means putting the territory first.

Finale Ligure and the Finale Outdoor Region, renowned for their world-class MTB trails, hold a unique distinction: they are not just another bike park! The expansive territory, home to hundreds of kilometres of MTB trails, is open to all. But how do we protect this precious heritage, the culmination of years of dedicated work by numerous enthusiasts, from the potential damage caused by the frequent passage of riders?

Planning day-to-day maintenance work on the trail network is necessary for this fantastic treasure to continue. This includes tasks such as erosion control, trail surface maintenance, and vegetation management, all of which are crucial for the sustainability and safety of our trails. The only way we can meet the territory's needs and continue to offer some of the most enjoyable MTB trails in the world is by efficiently organizing the trail-building works.
