One of the oldest buildings in the town of Perti houses a property that boasts three spacious double rooms. Built in the 15th century, the building has undergone extensive restoration work to bring it back to its original splendor. The restoration process was carried out with meticulous attention to energy efficiency, resulting in a beautiful and eco-friendly space.
Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, while the common room provides a refrigerator, microfiltered water, and a kettle for tea and herbal teas. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
To reach the climbing crags, follow the path that skirts the house. The sea is just 10 minutes away by car or bicycle. You can immerse yourself in nature as you gaze out of your room's windows, with nothing but nature for your eyes and ears to behold.
You will be served breakfast on the terrace-solarium, where only the freshest Zero Kilometer products sourced from local producers will be provided. This is an eco-friendly stay that allows you to fully experience and appreciate sustainable living.

Sustainable outdoor tourism means putting the territory first.

Finale Ligure and the Finale Outdoor Region, renowned for their world-class MTB trails, hold a unique distinction: they are not just another bike park! The expansive territory, home to hundreds of kilometres of MTB trails, is open to all. But how do we protect this precious heritage, the culmination of years of dedicated work by numerous enthusiasts, from the potential damage caused by the frequent passage of riders?

Planning day-to-day maintenance work on the trail network is necessary for this fantastic treasure to continue. This includes tasks such as erosion control, trail surface maintenance, and vegetation management, all of which are crucial for the sustainability and safety of our trails. The only way we can meet the territory's needs and continue to offer some of the most enjoyable MTB trails in the world is by efficiently organizing the trail-building works.
