In a few minutes you will reach the world-famous MTB trails and the well-known rock faces of Perti and Orco. The crystal-clear sea of Finale Ligure, which has had a Blue Flag for several years, and its beautiful beaches are only about 15 minutes away.

The carefully renovated appartment is located in a house dating back to the 1400s and is provided with all amenities and Wi-Fi. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

It consists of an entrance hall/equipped kitchen with induction hobs, two bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning, and two bathrooms. Guests can enjoy a nice garden with barbecue and private parking.

Sustainable outdoor tourism means putting the territory first.

Finale Ligure and the Finale Outdoor Region, renowned for their world-class MTB trails, hold a unique distinction: they are not just another bike park! The expansive territory, home to hundreds of kilometres of MTB trails, is open to all. But how do we protect this precious heritage, the culmination of years of dedicated work by numerous enthusiasts, from the potential damage caused by the frequent passage of riders?

Planning day-to-day maintenance work on the trail network is necessary for this fantastic treasure to continue. This includes tasks such as erosion control, trail surface maintenance, and vegetation management, all of which are crucial for the sustainability and safety of our trails. The only way we can meet the territory's needs and continue to offer some of the most enjoyable MTB trails in the world is by efficiently organizing the trail-building works.
