Casa Anna is a lovely apartment on the first floor of a building dating back to 1970. It has been completely renovated to offer its guests a comfortable and stress-free holiday.

The apartment is just a few steps from the sea, making it the perfect place to come back in flip-flops after a relaxing day at the beach. Moreover, it is also suitable for those who have had an exciting ride or a fun walk along the trails of the Finale Outdoor Region.

Casa Anna is only a few steps from the centre of Pietra and its typical locales, where you can sip an evening drink or enjoy traditional Ligurian dishes.

It boasts a living room with a flat-screen TV (there’s also Netflix), a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and dishwasher, two bedrooms (one has a French double bed while the second has a double bed and a single bed), and two bathrooms equipped with bidets and towels.

Linens are also included.

For Mtb enthusiasts, there is a bike room with charging points for e-bikes. Furthermore, the Pietra Outdoor Base, where shuttles depart, is only a few metres away!

Pets are allowed for a small fee, and an automatic check-in service is available for guests convenience.

Finale Ligure and the Finale Outdoor Region, renowned for their world-class MTB trails, hold a unique distinction: they are not just another bike park! The expansive territory, home to hundreds of kilometres of MTB trails, is open to all. But how do we protect this precious heritage, the culmination of years of dedicated work by numerous enthusiasts, from the potential damage caused by the frequent passage of riders?

Planning day-to-day maintenance work on the trail network is necessary for this fantastic treasure to continue. This includes tasks such as erosion control, trail surface maintenance, and vegetation management, all of which are crucial for the sustainability and safety of our trails. The only way we can meet the territory's needs and continue to offer some of the most enjoyable MTB trails in the world is by efficiently organizing the trail-building works.
