Casa Azzurra is the apartment with elevator in a quiet area, just about 300 m from the seaside.

It comprises a fully furnished kitchen with electric and microwave oven, electric kettle and everything you need to make tasty meals, a bright living room with TV and double sofa bed, two large double bedrooms with ceiling fan, linen and blankets, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. There is also a small terrace, where you can enjoy your coffee or fresh drink.

It is possible to store bikes inside the apartment building in a locked bike room or, if you prefer, directly in the apartment.

A small garage is available for the guests (maximum size of a car is 4,4 m long and 1,8 m wide).

Sustainable outdoor tourism means putting the territory first.

Finale Ligure and the Finale Outdoor Region, renowned for their world-class MTB trails, hold a unique distinction: they are not just another bike park! The expansive territory, home to hundreds of kilometres of MTB trails, is open to all. But how do we protect this precious heritage, the culmination of years of dedicated work by numerous enthusiasts, from the potential damage caused by the frequent passage of riders?

Planning day-to-day maintenance work on the trail network is necessary for this fantastic treasure to continue. This includes tasks such as erosion control, trail surface maintenance, and vegetation management, all of which are crucial for the sustainability and safety of our trails. The only way we can meet the territory's needs and continue to offer some of the most enjoyable MTB trails in the world is by efficiently organizing the trail-building works.
