Casa del Nonno is only 5 min walk from Finalborgo, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy, and less than 1,5 km from the highway exit of Finale Ligure.

Recently refurbished, Casa del Nonno has a spacious and comfortable living area, three bedrooms and a bathroom, accommodating up to 5 people.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, even for a long stay. The guests may use the microwave, electric coffee machine, American coffee machine, electric kettle, blender, toaster and freezer. A washing machine, iron and iron board, hairdryer, and children's accessories (cot and high chair) are available. Free Wi-Fi.

The garden is private, leafy and quiet. It’s fully equipped with a dining table and chairs, sun loungers, sofas, and armchairs. You can cook delicious meals on the BBQ and enjoy them under the gazebo.

It is an ideal place to chill before launching yourselves on outdoor activities or getting away from it all.

An excellent location for all those who love outdoor activities: the Finale Outdoor Base, where most of the Mtb shuttle companies start from, is only 100m far; in a 15 min drive, you’ll get to the most famous climbing spots and hiking trails. The seaside is only 10 min walk from here.

HOW WE MAINTAIN FINALE OUTDOOR REGION TRAIL NETWORK

Sustainable outdoor tourism means putting the territory first.

Finale Ligure and the Finale Outdoor Region, renowned for their world-class MTB trails, hold a unique distinction: they are not just another bike park! The expansive territory, home to hundreds of kilometres of MTB trails, is open to all. But how do we protect this precious heritage, the culmination of years of dedicated work by numerous enthusiasts, from the potential damage caused by the frequent passage of riders?

Planning day-to-day maintenance work on the trail network is necessary for this fantastic treasure to continue. This includes tasks such as erosion control, trail surface maintenance, and vegetation management, all of which are crucial for the sustainability and safety of our trails. The only way we can meet the territory's needs and continue to offer some of the most enjoyable MTB trails in the world is by efficiently organizing the trail-building works.
