The recently renovated apartment is located just a few meters away from Finalborgo. It features an open space layout which includes a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, complete with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and other essential appliances. Guests can also find coffee, tea, and some snacks at their disposal. The bedroom is very comfortable and comes with an open wardrobe area that includes a safe for storing valuables.

The flat comes with air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi. Additionally, there is a small terrace where you can enjoy the stunning view of Finalborgo and its castles.

The private bike room includes a bike wash station, changing room, bike storage room (with e-bike charging sockets), and workshop.

A private car park is available for guests.

Sustainable outdoor tourism means putting the territory first.

Finale Ligure and the Finale Outdoor Region, renowned for their world-class MTB trails, hold a unique distinction: they are not just another bike park! The expansive territory, home to hundreds of kilometres of MTB trails, is open to all. But how do we protect this precious heritage, the culmination of years of dedicated work by numerous enthusiasts, from the potential damage caused by the frequent passage of riders?

Planning day-to-day maintenance work on the trail network is necessary for this fantastic treasure to continue. This includes tasks such as erosion control, trail surface maintenance, and vegetation management, all of which are crucial for the sustainability and safety of our trails. The only way we can meet the territory's needs and continue to offer some of the most enjoyable MTB trails in the world is by efficiently organizing the trail-building works.
