Recently renovated, the apartment consists of a double room, a children’s room with a bunk bed, a living room with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric oven, gas cooker, and fridge. The bathroom has a dressing room with a washing machine and a hairdryer.

A balcony overlooking a typical Ligurian lane and with a nice view of the mountains, completes the flat.

Bed linen and towels, table cloths and wipes, basic toiletries and cleaning products are provided for your stay.

Guests are welcome to bring their four-legged friends.

Smoking is allowed only on the small balcony.

You will love our place because of its location, ideal for hiking and climbing, and the most iconic Mtb trails within short reach.

The sandy beaches of Finale are only 15 minutes drive from us, and you’ll be able to enjoy swimming, snorkelling, diving and sailing in the crystal blue sea.

HOW WE MAINTAIN FINALE OUTDOOR REGION TRAIL NETWORK

Sustainable outdoor tourism means putting the territory first.

Finale Ligure and the Finale Outdoor Region, renowned for their world-class MTB trails, hold a unique distinction: they are not just another bike park! The expansive territory, home to hundreds of kilometres of MTB trails, is open to all. But how do we protect this precious heritage, the culmination of years of dedicated work by numerous enthusiasts, from the potential damage caused by the frequent passage of riders?

Planning day-to-day maintenance work on the trail network is necessary for this fantastic treasure to continue. This includes tasks such as erosion control, trail surface maintenance, and vegetation management, all of which are crucial for the sustainability and safety of our trails. The only way we can meet the territory's needs and continue to offer some of the most enjoyable MTB trails in the world is by efficiently organizing the trail-building works.
