It is ideal for holidays in total relaxation. The structure is 4 km from the sea and a marked path starts directly from the house which can lead in different directions (Finalborgo, Borgio Verezzi) in order to enjoy walks both on foot and for bikers. The house, arranged over two floors, is made up of an equipped kitchen/dining room and a bathroom on the ground floor, a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds on the upper floor. It also has a beautiful sunny courtyard in front of the house equipped with table and chairs suitable for relaxing in the warmer periods.

Sustainable outdoor tourism means putting the territory first.

Finale Ligure and the Finale Outdoor Region, renowned for their world-class MTB trails, hold a unique distinction: they are not just another bike park! The expansive territory, home to hundreds of kilometres of MTB trails, is open to all. But how do we protect this precious heritage, the culmination of years of dedicated work by numerous enthusiasts, from the potential damage caused by the frequent passage of riders?

Planning day-to-day maintenance work on the trail network is necessary for this fantastic treasure to continue. This includes tasks such as erosion control, trail surface maintenance, and vegetation management, all of which are crucial for the sustainability and safety of our trails. The only way we can meet the territory's needs and continue to offer some of the most enjoyable MTB trails in the world is by efficiently organizing the trail-building works.
