The structure is situated on the road that connects Finalborgo to Calice Ligure and is located within a small farm that produces seasonal fruits and vegetables. The rooms have been recently renovated and are equipped with every modern comfort such as floor heating, air conditioning, kettle with herbal teas, coffee machine with complimentary coffee, TV and hairdryer.

Each room has its own entrance and private garden where you can relax after an active day. Additionally, there is a bike room, bike wash, solarium, table football, and city bikes available. Breakfast is included in the overnight stay and consists mainly of home-made cakes made with products from the farm. You can request to customise your breakfast to suit your preferences. Breakfast is served directly in the small garden of the room, or in the common room.

Additionally, the farm organizes evening tastings periodically, where guests can enjoy traditional recipes cooked with farm-fresh products. Throughout your stay, the host is available 24/7 by phone, in case you need any assistance or information.

Finale Ligure and the Finale Outdoor Region, renowned for their world-class MTB trails, hold a unique distinction: they are not just another bike park! The expansive territory, home to hundreds of kilometres of MTB trails, is open to all. But how do we protect this precious heritage, the culmination of years of dedicated work by numerous enthusiasts, from the potential damage caused by the frequent passage of riders?

Planning day-to-day maintenance work on the trail network is necessary for this fantastic treasure to continue. This includes tasks such as erosion control, trail surface maintenance, and vegetation management, all of which are crucial for the sustainability and safety of our trails. The only way we can meet the territory's needs and continue to offer some of the most enjoyable MTB trails in the world is by efficiently organizing the trail-building works.
