Just 5 minutes' walk from the main square, we also have adjoining flats with a splendid sea view, located on the 4th and 5th floors of a recently built building. They have a large living room, bedroom, full bathroom and a terrace overlooking the beach. Each flat has air conditioning, TV, dishwasher and Wi-Fi connection. You can have exclusive use of a large terrace on the top floor with a solarium - mini-pool with hydromassage outdoor kitchen and barbecue.
In the quiet hamlet of Verzi, in the inland of Loano, we can offer different flats (two-roomed flat, with 4 beds; three-roomed apartment, with 6 beds and a second parking space 200 m from the sea; four-roomed apartment with 9 beds and external garden) with a stunning view over the sea and the surrounding hills. From here you can explore on foot or by bike the Monte Carmo, make a hike to the summit or to the CAI refuge, as well as discover the beautiful Riviera di Ponente. Each flat is equipped with air conditioning, TV, washing machine and Wi-Fi connection.
