Specifically, it comprises two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, a full kitchen as well as a service kitchen, a balcony attached to one of the living rooms, and a large terrace that comes with lounge chairs and tables.

The rooms are equipped with several sofa beds and armchair beds. The house features a pellet stove, a fuel stove, and two electric heaters that can be moved around as per the need. The recently renovated house can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably, ensuring privacy and utmost tranquility.

This accommodation is conveniently situated on the provincial road, making it easy to reach by car, and is one of the last houses in the historic center. There are two entrances available, one from the provincial road, which is ideal for parking, and one from the road leading to the historic center, which is perfect for visiting the tavern, center, and market. The spacious areas make it an excellent choice for groups and families.

The large terrace is perfect for relaxing and outdoor dining, and there is also a barbecue available for grilling.

Finale Ligure and the Finale Outdoor Region, renowned for their world-class MTB trails, hold a unique distinction: they are not just another bike park! The expansive territory, home to hundreds of kilometres of MTB trails, is open to all. But how do we protect this precious heritage, the culmination of years of dedicated work by numerous enthusiasts, from the potential damage caused by the frequent passage of riders?

Planning day-to-day maintenance work on the trail network is necessary for this fantastic treasure to continue. This includes tasks such as erosion control, trail surface maintenance, and vegetation management, all of which are crucial for the sustainability and safety of our trails. The only way we can meet the territory's needs and continue to offer some of the most enjoyable MTB trails in the world is by efficiently organizing the trail-building works.
