The building is located in the heart of the village, in the historic centre. It was constructed on the orders of noble families during its time. Over the years, it has served as a base camp for Napoleon's troops, a local headquarters for the German forces, and the primary school for Mallare until three young individuals, who adored the region and believed in its potential, took it over and restored its splendour.
It's the perfect place for outdoor enthusiasts or those who want to explore the area amidst the rows of vines in Alba and the nearby Langhe, where you can indulge in wine, truffles, and excellent food. It is only a few kilometres away from the sea and the lively nightlife of the Riviera.
