The Residence Finale Bike and Beach is a villa with a private garden and car park, which was completely renovated a couple of years ago.

In a quiet residential area 30 metres from the sea and the Finale Promenade, our Residence is conveniently located close to all services.

The comfortable and sunny flats are tastefully furnished with care, elegance, and particular attention to detail. We offer studio apartments (which can host up to 4 people) and two-room apartments (ideal for 4 - 6 people).

All our flats have a kitchenette equipped with a microwave oven and fridge, air conditioning/heating, free wi-fi, flat-screen TV, safe and hairdryer.

They all have balconies, private terraces, or private gardens except for two of our studio apartments which only have windows and are ideal for a cheaper solution.

Also, each flat has its own private parking space.

MTB enthusiasts have an armoured bike room with keys for each guest, a bike wash area, and a small, equipped workshop.

The iconic trails of the world-famous Finale Outdoor Region are waiting for you! We will give you all the support you need to organise your MTB holiday as best as possible.

HOW WE MAINTAIN FINALE OUTDOOR REGION TRAIL NETWORK

Sustainable outdoor tourism means putting the territory first.

Finale Ligure and the Finale Outdoor Region, renowned for their world-class MTB trails, hold a unique distinction: they are not just another bike park! The expansive territory, home to hundreds of kilometres of MTB trails, is open to all. But how do we protect this precious heritage, the culmination of years of dedicated work by numerous enthusiasts, from the potential damage caused by the frequent passage of riders?

Planning day-to-day maintenance work on the trail network is necessary for this fantastic treasure to continue. This includes tasks such as erosion control, trail surface maintenance, and vegetation management, all of which are crucial for the sustainability and safety of our trails. The only way we can meet the territory's needs and continue to offer some of the most enjoyable MTB trails in the world is by efficiently organizing the trail-building works.
