Sant'Anna Residence is set a few steps from the centre of Pietra Ligure in a scenic location.

All of our apartments (one or two bedrooms) have a seafront balcony, are equipped with a kitchenette, and have LAN and Wi-Fi connection. Some apartments also have air conditioning and dishwashers.

We also have a chill-out room, bar, large outdoor parking, garage, children's playground, and swimming pool with solarium.

There is a bikers’ dedicated area with bike wash, a small workshop, bike room and wider parking spots for vans.

If you are looking for a fun day in nature, we will be able to find endless activities to suit your needs as we have special agreements with many outdoor service providers: bike rental, single lifts, MTB tours. But also guided hiking excursions, sailing boat trips, adventure trails, climbing and short diving courses!

HOW WE MAINTAIN FINALE OUTDOOR REGION TRAIL NETWORK

Sustainable outdoor tourism means putting the territory first.

Finale Ligure and the Finale Outdoor Region, renowned for their world-class MTB trails, hold a unique distinction: they are not just another bike park! The expansive territory, home to hundreds of kilometres of MTB trails, is open to all. But how do we protect this precious heritage, the culmination of years of dedicated work by numerous enthusiasts, from the potential damage caused by the frequent passage of riders?

Planning day-to-day maintenance work on the trail network is necessary for this fantastic treasure to continue. This includes tasks such as erosion control, trail surface maintenance, and vegetation management, all of which are crucial for the sustainability and safety of our trails. The only way we can meet the territory's needs and continue to offer some of the most enjoyable MTB trails in the world is by efficiently organizing the trail-building works.
