The Villa is in a tranquil residential area just behind Finalborgo--a majestic medieval fortified village. The Villa offers a private, secure bike room for up to 15 bikes. Terraces on both floors and beautiful views of not one, but two medieval castles nestled in the green hills. Just a 7-minute walk to the medieval village square & 25-minutes walk to the nearest beach. Vast, professionally maintained private gardens with plentiful lawn, BBQ, private parking & plenty of outdoor space to rest/play. Store your gear in our new bike room.

Aquila Valley is a tranquil residential neighborhood. Wake up to views of the 12th century Castel Gavone sitting on top of the hill behind the house. Castel San Giovanni, built in 1640, can be seen along the hill crest from the comfort of the sofa or one of the sunny terraces.

Only a handful of families live on this side of the Aquila creek - our nearest neighbours are at least 75 metres away. This grants you full privacy and safety. If you have children, there is a lot of flat green space for them to run around in front of the house. They can even play a small game of football/soccer!

HOW WE MAINTAIN FINALE OUTDOOR REGION TRAIL NETWORK

Sustainable outdoor tourism means putting the territory first.

Finale Ligure and the Finale Outdoor Region, renowned for their world-class MTB trails, hold a unique distinction: they are not just another bike park! The expansive territory, home to hundreds of kilometres of MTB trails, is open to all. But how do we protect this precious heritage, the culmination of years of dedicated work by numerous enthusiasts, from the potential damage caused by the frequent passage of riders?

Planning day-to-day maintenance work on the trail network is necessary for this fantastic treasure to continue. This includes tasks such as erosion control, trail surface maintenance, and vegetation management, all of which are crucial for the sustainability and safety of our trails. The only way we can meet the territory's needs and continue to offer some of the most enjoyable MTB trails in the world is by efficiently organizing the trail-building works.
