Two bedrooms, one bathroom, private front garden and secure bike storage. Built over two floors, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, kettle, and everything you need to make a homecooked meal. Coffee & tea are always provided.

Only three-minute walk to the medieval village of Finalborgo. Only three other families live in this building, and you have the privacy of your own sunny garden and entrance. The garden is surrounded by plenty of trees & greenery and is equipped with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. If you have children, there is a lot of outdoor space for them to run around away from the main road.

This apartment is walking distance to the sea and train station (18 minutes). The nearest grocery store and countless cafes, bars, & restaurants are in and around the Borgo (3 minutes), and a great pizzeria is across the street.

Sustainable outdoor tourism means putting the territory first.

Finale Ligure and the Finale Outdoor Region, renowned for their world-class MTB trails, hold a unique distinction: they are not just another bike park! The expansive territory, home to hundreds of kilometres of MTB trails, is open to all. But how do we protect this precious heritage, the culmination of years of dedicated work by numerous enthusiasts, from the potential damage caused by the frequent passage of riders?

Planning day-to-day maintenance work on the trail network is necessary for this fantastic treasure to continue. This includes tasks such as erosion control, trail surface maintenance, and vegetation management, all of which are crucial for the sustainability and safety of our trails. The only way we can meet the territory's needs and continue to offer some of the most enjoyable MTB trails in the world is by efficiently organizing the trail-building works.
