Since 1961, three generations have been continuing a tradition in one of the oldest and best known venues in Finale Ligure.
Located in a central square of Finalborgo, the Bar/Gelateria Centrale offers its specialities, bringing back long-forgotten flavours and aromas.Brioches with ice cream, cakes, sandwiches, focaccia, snacks, salads, milkshakes, delicious aperitifs, homemade ice cream and Sicilian granitas.
Ice cream remains the heart of the business. From traditional cream to fruit flavoured ones: there is something for everyone! Cremino, lindor, cinnamon, tangerine, pistachio, dark chocolate, variegated with chinotto, coconut, mascarpone and figs and much more. All made with quality raw materials and fresh seasonal fruit.
