Mountain Shop Finale Ligure

Our store, which was established in 2002, holds the distinction of being the first Salewa Store in the world. Over the years, it has become a significant hub for climbing and outdoor enthusiasts who visit Finalborgo, one of Europe's top outdoor destinations. As of April 2021, the store has been rebranded as the new Mountain Shop Finale Ligure.

Our team has extensive experience in climbing, trail running, and mountain biking in the local area. Marco Thomas Tomassini, the author of all the climbing guides in the Finale area and a route nailer, is the best person to ask for directions for climbing in our area.

We specialize in providing equipment for activities that are characteristic of our region throughout the year, including sport climbing, hiking, and trail running.

Sustainable outdoor tourism means putting the territory first.

Finale Ligure and the Finale Outdoor Region, renowned for their world-class MTB trails, hold a unique distinction: they are not just another bike park! The expansive territory, home to hundreds of kilometres of MTB trails, is open to all. But how do we protect this precious heritage, the culmination of years of dedicated work by numerous enthusiasts, from the potential damage caused by the frequent passage of riders?

Planning day-to-day maintenance work on the trail network is necessary for this fantastic treasure to continue. This includes tasks such as erosion control, trail surface maintenance, and vegetation management, all of which are crucial for the sustainability and safety of our trails. The only way we can meet the territory's needs and continue to offer some of the most enjoyable MTB trails in the world is by efficiently organizing the trail-building works.
