Small osteria in the heart of Finalborgo with typical Ligurian cuisine, simple and genuine. Family-run establishment and warm atmosphere. Traditional dishes made the old-fashioned way with seasonal ingredients and as close to 0 km as possible.
In Finalborgo, one of Italy's most beautiful medieval villages, you find yourself immersed in the rustic and hospitable atmosphere of a Ligurian osteria.The cuisine is genuine, made up of traditional recipes and the portions generous.
Definitely try the mixed antipasti with savoury pies, tomini and chickpea or wheat farinata; the tagliolini with spicy wine, ravioli with 'Tocco' and mandilli with classic pesto. Followed by the buridda di stoccafisso, a local speciality not easy to find, and then finish with one of the delicious cakes or other desserts, all homemade, and a small selection of digestives.
