Osteria La Briga
La Briga is a osteria surrounded by greenery, where simple but refined cuisine combines with a youthful and friendly atmosphere.
The Lovisolo family has been working in the restaurant business for four generations.It was the great-grandmother who started with the Osteria in Magnone. In the kitchen at the time the techniques of today were not yet known, but hospitality has always been in the first place.
Later the grandparents Lidio and Nita opened the local historic Ristorante Negro in Vado Ligure. It was in the family restaurant where the grandchildren took their first steps in the world of restaurant business.
In 1984 their parents Franco and Rosa opened the Ristorante Negro in Finale Ligure. The restaurant was particularly popular with the personalities from the worlds of fashion, show business and finance.
In September 2016 a new adventure began for Jacopo & Alice.
