Terzo livello has never appealed to many people and it had been forgotten until the now famous and much more popular Kaimano crag was developed. The routes on Terzo Livello are well bolted and the base is quite comfortable but not recommended for families with children or animals, due to the technical nature of the access trail, including a stretch of about 10 meters downhill on typical "via ferrata"-style steps.

Finale Ligure and the Finale Outdoor Region, renowned for their world-class MTB trails, hold a unique distinction: they are not just another bike park! The expansive territory, home to hundreds of kilometres of MTB trails, is open to all. Planning day-to-day maintenance work on the trail network is necessary for this fantastic treasure to continue. This includes tasks such as erosion control, trail surface maintenance, and vegetation management, all of which are crucial for the sustainability and safety of our trails. The only way we can meet the territory's needs and continue to offer some of the most enjoyable MTB trails in the world is by efficiently organizing the trail-building works.
