Stunning scenery for a great and various selection of terrains

Monte Grosso area. You can access this trail from Tovo, from the back of the mountain (a bit of a steeper solution given the straight line that goes to the top).

The trail starts with a massive view and some rocky and steep lines. Soon gets into a low vegetation area through some ancient cork trees with wide turns and loam that changes the approach to the trail.

It ends close to the Maremola river at the bottom on the homonimous valley.

During times of drought avoid lighting fires, choose suitable trails avoiding those in the pine forest and favouring those with alternative routes for going back.

HOW WE MAINTAIN FINALE OUTDOOR REGION TRAIL NETWORK

Sustainable outdoor tourism means putting the territory first.

Finale Ligure and the Finale Outdoor Region, renowned for their world-class MTB trails, hold a unique distinction: they are not just another bike park! The expansive territory, home to hundreds of kilometres of MTB trails, is open to all. But how do we protect this precious heritage, the culmination of years of dedicated work by numerous enthusiasts, from the potential damage caused by the frequent passage of riders?

Planning day-to-day maintenance work on the trail network is necessary for this fantastic treasure to continue. This includes tasks such as erosion control, trail surface maintenance, and vegetation management, all of which are crucial for the sustainability and safety of our trails.
